The first room your guests walk into. The first hint of the colours, the mood, the feeling of the whole place. The room your own family will remember helping you choose paint for, years from now.
This is the page that walks you through what it's actually like to design a space with us, from the first conversation to the final cushion straightened on installation day.
We're as invested in getting the final details right as we are in the very first idea, and most of our clients find the middle part — the sourcing, the build, the refining — is the bit where everything starts to click.
if that sounds like your kind of thing, I'd love to hear what you're planning.
Get ready for your big reveal! We place your furniture, hang your art, and put the kettle on. Welcome into somewhere unmistakably yours!

Snagging Walkthrough
Two dinner guests asked who'd done our kitchen before they'd even taken their coats off. Morag took about four sentences from us on how we wanted the room to feel and somehow turned it into the most lived-in space in the house.
From the first pot of tea, she understood exactly what we wanted for the bar: warm and colourful without ever tipping into chaos. Eighteen months on, regulars still ask who did the booths.
"Morag took a pub that didn't know what it wanted to be and turned it into somewhere people now plan their whole evening around. She makes bold choices feel obvious, which is rarer than it sounds."
Yes, on a limited basis when our schedule allows. Rush timelines compress the process considerably, with a rush fee added to cover the extra hands needed. We encourage anyone needing a rush turnaround to get in touch as soon as possible so we can confirm availability.
Yes. Most of our work is London and UK-wide, but we've taken on projects further afield, including the hotel on the Cornish coast, and we're always happy to discuss travel for the right project.
A full project typically takes 4-9 months from inquiry to installation day, depending on scope, with 6-8 weeks of design and sourcing followed by anywhere from 8-20 weeks of production and building work. We recommend getting in touch eight to twelve months ahead of any fixed deadline, so the process gets the time it deserves.
Every full project includes unlimited digital mock-ups and three rounds of full design revisions, which is more than enough for almost every client we work with. We never charge for refinements within the normal scope of a project.
Most clients reach out 6-9 months before they want building work to start, and full design and sourcing typically takes 6-8 weeks before any ordering begins.
Yes. We do finishing touches like soft furnishings, art, lighting, and accessories, often sourced from independent makers, vintage dealers, and our own studio finds. Most clients book finishing touches three to six months after the main build, as a separate project from the full fit-out.
